It is important to note the dates and times of the clubs. Places in all clubs are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. It is therefore essential to return your child’s booking form and payment in a named envelope as soon as possible, either to your child’s class teacher or the School Office. We will endeavour to make sure each child that wants to can attend at least one club. Confirmation and a receipt will be sent out, and refunds given to those who have not been successful.

Safeguarding & welfare

Some of our clubs are run by external providers not linked to the school. In line with our Safeguarding Policy, DBS certificates and identity documents are checked for every club leader and coach before the club is allowed to run. A member of school staff who is trained in First Aid stays on site to assist with emergencies and dismissal from clubs at the end of the session.
